Can you tell me how to claim this please. I followed the link and opened an account but when I entered the promo code it said that it didnt exist. I contacted live support and they said to contact the affiliate who offered the promo. My acct no is frvr36182719

I apoligise for this promo expiring. I contacted our affiliate manager and it appears it expired 2 weeks ago and I was not notified. As a way of offering our apoligies I have added 200 Reward Points for you. This is equal to the $20 should you have deposited that amount versus take a n/d offer.
